Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship across Pakistan. For wholesale or bulk inquiries, please contact us directly.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions.
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your shipment with our courier partner.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
